**Main Responsibilities**
* Guide Operators I and II in their daily processes, monitoring compliance with established procedures and standards, indicating adjustments, providing technical support, and other related tasks to achieve objectives with productivity and quality;
* Support management in technical oversight, including planning, implementing adjustments, controlling activities, guiding other operators, among others;
* Control the storage of grain samples;
* Conduct and/or validate moisture, impurity, and other analyses;
* Perform cleaning, cooling, drying, and storage activities;
* Participate in scheduling shutdowns for maintenance and monitor maintenance services in the area, supporting and/or verifying required services as well as compliance with safety requirements;
* Operate less complex unloading and storage equipment, as well as perform pre-cleaning of grains;
* Clean the area, machines, and equipment, keeping the workspace organized and maintained in hygienic and clean conditions;
* Assist in grain classification by collecting samples from trucks, entering this classification data to generate specific reports according to internal procedures;
* Monitor product dispatch to internal units or ports, verifying quality from dispatch until arrival at destination;
* Participate in inspections of grain transport vehicles to ensure proper storage conditions for each product type, guaranteeing contamination-free products (chemical, physical, or biological), according to established norms and procedures;
* Perform minor repairs that do not require technical maintenance knowledge;
* Comply with company internal rules, quality systems, and occupational safety procedures (PTP, PS, APRs, Communicate, Observe...), always use personal and collective protective equipment, keep the workplace clean and organized, and maintain tools in safe working condition to ensure personal safety and that of colleagues;
* Request the preparation of PTPs for high-risk activities.
**Requirements**
* High school diploma;
* Flexible working hours during harvest periods;
* Knowledge of agricultural product processing operations;
* Previous experience in operational storage routines;
* People management skills;
