Job Description As an HR Coordinator, you will strategically partner with business units to ensure implementation and sustainability of HR policies, practices, and processes aligned with organizational objectives. You will also play a central role in engaging with leadership to drive a consistent mental health and well-being agenda. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting decision-making related to people management; * Lead and develop the HR Business Partner and Mental Health team, ensuring consultative and business-aligned delivery; * Support leaders in resolving organizational conflicts and managing critical situations; * Implement, monitor, and enhance HR policies, programs, and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals; * Coordinate mental health and well-being programs, focusing on improving quality of life and preventing emotional vulnerabilities among employees; * Provide emotional support, advising and facilitating appropriate referrals for leaders and employees; * Coordinate psychosocial assessments, considering risk factors and prevention of incidents arising from biopsychosocial aspects; * Coordinate the development and execution of mental health awareness campaigns, promoting workplace risk prevention; * Monitor area KPIs, track performance, and propose continuous improvement initiatives to support decision-making; * Collaborate closely with other HR sub-functions (Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, etc.) to ensure alignment with internal standards; * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental, Social Responsibility, and Business Integrity policies and procedures. Qualifications **The profile we seek for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related fields; * Prior experience in HR Business Partner roles; * Experience leading and developing teams; * Solid knowledge of HR processes, policies, and practices; * Advanced studies in People Management, Organizational Psychology, and/or mental health and well-being programs are desirable; * Experience in industrial environments or highly complex operations is considered a plus. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable; * Must reside or be willing to relocate to the Barro Alto-GO region.
