Working at heights with a focus on safety What you need to become an **Installation Technician** at the fastest-growing company in Brazil's southern region *\#JoinOsir* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform installation and maintenance services for optical fiber, radio-based technology, and telephony, adhering to the company's established quality standards; * Perform connectorization, cable bundling, and cable routing; * Work at heights, ensuring proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (mandatory for performing tasks); * Configure network equipment (routers); * Identify issues and perform repairs on optical fiber, radio-based technology, and telephony; * Conduct testing and maintenance on data communication network equipment using configuration and monitoring tools; * Remove equipment due to service cancellation; * Travel to serve customers within the region, including overnight stays if required; * Safeguard company assets; * Comply with work and quality standards defined for your role; * Adhere to all existing company policies; * Perform other duties related to your position, as determined by management and executive leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Reside in Tapes/RS; * Completed high school or currently pursuing a technical or higher education degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related fields; * Valid driver's license category A or AB; * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel; * Electrical knowledge is desirable. **Additional Information** Benefits and Advantages of Being an OsirLover * Meal Allowance * Health Insurance Plan * Institutional plan discount for Osir employees who are also Osir customers * Emotional Support Program: Osir Always by Your Side! * Benefits Club offering discounts at: educational institutions, English courses, gyms, dental clinics, and other companies Osirnet’s purpose is to spark a smile of satisfaction among those who work here!
