Support for occupational safety and environmental management Lead and monitor operations by tracking operational performance, analyzing productivity controls, maintaining area organization, and monitoring internal collection in accordance with contractual quality standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan operational activities; * Lead the operational team, guiding and controlling activities; * Authorize fleet dispatches, print shift schedules, and verify reports with drivers; * Plan and monitor waste removal and track the productivity team; * Maintain attendance records, medical certificates, and absences for teams under your responsibility; * Conduct operational training sessions; * Plan maintenance/operational management of equipment; * Operate operational equipment when necessary, ensuring continuity of activities; * Provide operational support for activity development (providing production-related forms, inspection, control, and archiving); * Support occupational safety and environmental quality during activity execution, meeting required standards; * Serve customers and provide operational support, including answering general waste management inquiries; * Prepare reports and spreadsheets when required or requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Minimum 2 years of experience. ### **Ready to renew the world?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We are Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
