Preparation of reports and quality control of services Career Opportunity as Operational Supervisor at Safe Security We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Operational Supervisor, with options for DAY or NIGHT shift. Schedule: 12h x 36h. We seek someone who shares our commitment to excellence and professional ethics. We are selecting a responsible, punctual, committed, organized individual with leadership capability to manage teams under their supervision, report to and generate reports for their superior, and possess basic computer skills to serve as an OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR. The ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels is also essential. As an Operational Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: * Management of all employees assigned to posts under your supervision; – Daily supervision of posts using company vehicles; – Document control in coordination with HR; – Management of company vehicles (cars and motorcycles); – Direct communication with the company supervisor, HR, and employees; – Conflict management; – Control and preparation of service post schedules; – Quality control of services – attendance, punctuality, uniform, personal hygiene, etc.; * Monitoring and active participation in WhatsApp groups for service posts; – Resolution of general issues related to operational sector services. * Preparation of daily reports on conducted visits. Requirements: Required: – Experience in asset security; – Availability for the 12h x 36h schedule, either Day or Night shift; – Valid driver's license categories AB; – Preferably residing in Porto Alegre; – Completed high school education; – Security guard training is a plus; – Computer skills for system usage and spreadsheet/report preparation; – Excellent interpersonal skills; – Strong communication skills; – PROACTIVE attitude; – Experience in team management is a plus.
