**Responsibilities and Duties**
Responsibilities and Duties:
Execute administrative and/or operational processes according to standard operating procedures;
Provide sales process support across various commercial aspects, performing diverse yet related sales activities;
Assist in preparing the company's commercial proposals, performing various verifications and value calculations when necessary;
Register sales orders in the system and enter commercial information, as well as implement required updates;
Monitor order status, deliveries, and billing, maintaining contact with customers to resolve issues;
Provide customer service to address problems and clarify the sales process;
Intermediate English proficiency;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields;
Prior experience with import/export routines and administrative support, preferably in a regulated environment;
Intermediate knowledge of English and Spanish;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
Strong interpersonal communication skills;
Organization and priority management skills;
Ability to work effectively in a team.
