Job Summary: Safe Park team is seeking a communicative and attentive Valet Attendant to deliver swift, high-quality service, including customer reception, vehicle registration, parking maneuvers, vehicle care, fee collection, and facility organization. Clean and organized environment with good interpersonal relationships The Safe Park team is looking for a **Valet Attendant** to join our team! If you are communicative, attentive, skilled in driving, and ready to provide swift, high-quality service, this position is for you. **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Greeting customers and guiding them to available parking spaces; * Registering vehicle entry and exit in the system; * Maneuvering customers' vehicles within the parking facility; * Caring for vehicles with constant focus on safety; * Remaining alert and responsive to address customer inquiries; * Collecting parking fees according to the facility's rate schedule; * Maintaining a clean and organized environment; * Contributing to team cohesion by fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders (customers, colleagues, and supervisors). **Requirements:** * Valid driver's license (Class B); * Basic computer literacy; * Availability for rotating 6x1 work schedule; * Proactivity and strong interpersonal communication skills; * Familiarity with all types of vehicles. **Preferred qualifications (not mandatory):** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service and valet operations; * Careful attention to both people and vehicles. **What we offer:** * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; * Transportation Voucher; * Health insurance plan; * Free telemedicine services; * SESC-RS membership benefits; * Opportunity for learning and growth.
