Job Summary: Self-employed professional to develop and oversee urban planning licensing and fire safety projects, ensuring compliance and excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Autonomous execution of urban planning and fire safety projects 2. Development of legal and fire prevention projects 3. Participation in client meetings and provision of technical guidance **Position Objective** To work autonomously in developing and overseeing urban planning projects related to licensing and fire safety, ensuring technical and legal compliance, timely delivery, and excellence in output. **Responsibilities** * Develop legal and fire prevention projects. * Prepare and organize technical documentation (floor plans, technical reports, RRTs, etc.). * Submit and monitor processes at public agencies. * Conduct technical inspections and project coordination. * Update and manage processes in the internal system (FlowUp). * Participate in client meetings and provide guidance on inspections (Fire Department). * Identify risks and propose technical solutions. **Behavioral Competencies (Essential)** * Autonomy with accountability * Organization and time management * Proactivity with a solutions-oriented focus * Clear and assertive communication * Analytical thinking and decision-making ability * Commitment to deadlines and quality **Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal projects, licensing, and fire prevention. * Knowledge of technical standards and procedures at public agencies. **Desirable:** Experience with technical inspections. **Salary:** To be negotiated **Benefit:** Profit-sharing program (PPR) **Employment Model:** Associate – Service Partner Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
