We encourage applications from Black individuals, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and people from diverse generations. \#VemSerTelemont. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for handling service orders related to the installation and repair of telephone lines, ADSL services, and maintenance of TUPs and TV (metallic network and fiber optic), applying technical procedures and those established by the operator in their area of operation. Operate aerial telephone line processes through installation and repair of telephone lines, performing tests, laying and removing cables; Respond to technical service calls from corporate and residential customers via installation and repair of ADSL internet access, repair of subscriber lines and trunks, configuration of modems/routers, and restoration of basic and advanced microcomputer configurations. Operate TUP services through technical maintenance and testing. Enable cable TV services through antenna installation, configuration, and required testing; Maintain cable TV services through antenna and cabling testing, component and equipment replacement, and execution of tests and configurations; Perform FTTH installations and repairs; Carry out Micro Repairs in IT, aiming to diagnose, correct issues, or perform preventive maintenance; Provide user support when necessary; Perform other activities of the same nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education Desirable: 6 months of experience in this role. Knowledge of installer and repair technician tasks; valid Brazilian driver's license category B.
