**You could be our new** **Production Operator I** **Campo Largo/PR** **Main responsibilities** * Perform quality tests and inspections of products and processes related to your area, following activity procedures; * Properly dispose of, weigh, and record waste according to procedure, aiming to control process waste; * Carry out data entry activities in systems, as well as fill in and analyze area performance indicators (SPQDC); * Move materials along the production line, following procedure, ensuring material and process traceability; perform format changes in processes; * Train other colleagues on existing processes; * Assist other operators in basic process operations, following instructions and procedures to maximize machine efficiency; * Report process anomalies to the area leader through the support chain; * Carry out material and product supply and removal, following the specific procedure for each area and ensuring process efficiency; Ensure your own safety and that of other colleagues, complying with company standards and procedures; * Ensure product management with environmental impact; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the area and equipment, following cleaning procedures, ensuring the necessary conditions for a safe working environment and proper machine operation; * Operate low-, medium- and high-complexity machines independently. * Perform autonomous maintenance management of machines; * Initiate and monitor machine maintenance; * Ensure correct equipment operation and troubleshoot equipment failures. **Your skills, experience and education** * Completed high school education. * Availability to work on a 6x2 schedule and rotating shifts. *1st shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:20 p.m.;* *2nd shift: 2:20 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.;* *3rd shift: 10:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.* * Experience in production areas is a plus. * Basic mechanics course desirable. **SIG Competencies** We are looking for people who consistently strive to achieve results, even under challenging circumstances.
