Job Summary: Sales Assistant responsible for keeping the store organized, restocking departments with products, controlling merchandise, and serving customers throughout the entire sales process. Responsible for ensuring the store is ready to receive customers, restocking departments with products, and keeping them organized from receipt in the warehouse through to the final stage of customer service, including payment and product delivery to the customer. **Main Responsibilities:** Control merchandise receipt through the inventory system, recording executed operations to ensure process reliability. Update merchandise prices according to deadlines established by the system. Ensure merchandise replenishment across all store departments. Maintain the warehouse area in appropriate conditions for inventory taking, merchandise receipt, and better product visibility. Serve customers by executing all steps of the sales closing process, focusing on quality service and data verification. Process merchandise returns according to the exchange policy. Promote, offer, and register new customers for the Pompéia card. **Prerequisites:** ? Completed high school; ?
