Your main responsibilities and duties include: **Execution and Consistency** * **Plate and finalize** dishes with focus on presentation, flavor, and fidelity to the chef’s original creation. * Maintain **thorough knowledge of the menu**, technical sheets, and plating instructions for each item, ensuring delivery consistency. * Work with **attention to detail**—from cutting to final plating—with a customer experience-oriented mindset. **Workflow and Organization** * **Organize and restock supplies** throughout your shift, maintaining smooth operations even during peak hours. * **Store ingredients correctly**, respecting expiration dates and food safety regulations. * **Wash and organize** dishes and utensils during service, keeping sinks functional and the team operating at pace. * **Maintain constant cleanliness** of workstations, equipment, and the entire work area. **Rhythm, Communication, and Collaboration** * Stay **in sync with the dining room**, ensuring prompt order delivery. * **Support the team** across all preparation stages, with discipline, respect, and teamwork. * **Strictly adhere** to ANVISA regulations and internal safety and hygiene standards.
