If you want to grow, learn, and leave your mark on projects that impact the city and people’s lives, come transform with us! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Manage procurement and service/equipment contracting processes; * Prepare and analyze Tender Boards (QC) on the Procurement Portal; * Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost, schedule, and quality; * Support contract formalization, purchase orders, and addenda; * Manage supplier registration, expansion, and ongoing oversight; * Support contractual price adjustments, contract terminations, and supplier replacements; * Maintain constant interface with construction sites, cost control, contracts, and quality. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, preferably in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement; * Proficiency in Excel (Power BI and AI are advantages); * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal communication. **Additional Information:** At Melnick, you will receive: * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Meal allowance; * Medical and dental assistance; * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program); * Life insurance; * Partnerships with educational institutions; commerce, wellness, and other sectors.
