Job Summary: We are seeking a Budget Analyst to prepare detailed budgets for building installations, analyzing project documents and ensuring compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on budgeting for building installations 2. Project and technical specification analysis 3. Quantities and cost estimation We are looking for a **Budget Analyst** to join our technical team. The professional will be responsible for preparing detailed budgets with emphasis on **building installations**, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project documentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare **construction project budgets** and installation service budgets. * Analyze **project drawings, descriptive memoranda**, and technical specifications. * Conduct **quantities and cost estimation** for materials, labor, and services. * Collaborate with the technical team and other departments within the company. * Ensure adherence to leadership-defined **processes and guidelines**. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **6 months' experience** in budgeting and/or building installations. * Practical knowledge of **reading and interpreting project drawings**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **medium- and large-scale construction projects**. * Knowledge of installation systems (**electrical, plumbing, HVAC**, etc.). * Experience with **budgeting software**. **Compensation and Benefits:** **Salary: R$3\.000,00\.** **Benefits:** ✔ Unifácil health plan starting from the 3rd month of employment; ✔ Transportation allowance (VT) or commuting assistance based on city of residence; ✔ Attendance bonus of R$350.00 per month, provided no absences or tardiness occur during the period; ✔ Meal allowance of R$250.00 per month paid via Flash card; **Working Hours and Location:** * Working hours: Business hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:48 PM, Monday through Friday. * Location: On-site \| **Permanent CLT contract**.
