




Job Summary: An Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineer with metro-railway experience to optimize maintenance processes, manage costs, and support new business initiatives. Support the development of new businesses and innovation Description: Requirements and Qualifications What we expect from you: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering; Experience in the metro-railway sector and power substations; Experience with internal controls, preventive and corrective maintenance; Willingness to work 100% on-site * Optimize maintenance processes, which must be followed by Asset/Maintenance Management and technical operation processes. * Suggest/support goal definition together with Engineering Management and monitor their progress. * Serve as the interface between Engineering and other divisions' departments. * Responsible for reducing costs and ensuring maintenance continuity for business unit lines, as well as applying engineering best practices to the team's routine activities. * Evaluate Maintenance Procedures and Safety Instructions for maintenance teams. Jointly responsible with Engineering Management for managing investments in the Asset Management area of business units. * Manage critical Engineering projects arising from maintenance, operation, or improvement needs. * Support the Motiva Trens Division in developing new businesses, contributing to and innovating the formulation of system monitoring indicators, serving as the technical and operational interface with the Concession Grantor. 2512210202551931831
