Your mission will be to lead the evolution of our QA processes, ensuring that our complex solutions not only function correctly but also delight our customers through robustness and reliability. In a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will have autonomy to build, innovate, and elevate the quality standard that defines us. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * **Lead Test Architecture:** Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient test automation frameworks for our platforms (Web, APIs, and Mobile). * **Build Quality into Code:** Create automated test suites (regression, integration, smoke tests) that seamlessly integrate into our CI/CD pipeline. * **Ensure Excellence in Deliverables:** Strategically ensure quality by combining automated and exploratory testing to validate end-to-end acceptance criteria. * **Resolve Issues at the Root:** Accurately identify, document, and manage defect lifecycles in Azure DevOps, collaborating directly with the development team to find optimal solutions. * **Influence Quality Culture:** Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Standup, Planning, Review, Retrospective), serving as an active voice advocating for quality from conception through delivery. * **Be a Data and API Specialist:** Perform complex validations on relational databases (SQL) and ensure API integrity using tools such as Postman. * **Mentor and Elevate the Team:** Contribute to continuous process improvement and mentor other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices in automation. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * **Proven Experience:** Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in test automation within complex environments. * **Technical Proficiency in Automation:** Expertise in industry-standard frameworks such as **Selenium WebDriver**, **Cypress** (for Web) and/or **RestAssured** (for APIs). * **Programming Fluency:** Solid proficiency in at least one of the following languages: **Java**, **JavaScript/TypeScript**, or **Python**. * **Agile Mindset:** Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and familiarity with the development ecosystem (Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools). * **API and Database Knowledge:** Ability to write SQL queries for data validation and practical experience with API (REST) testing. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Swile Card: R$ 250.00 * DIO Learning Platform * Certification reimbursement for relevant certifications **OUR SELECTION PROCESS** * Initial conversation with our Talent Team to get to know you and present opportunities. * Technical interview with Pathbit specialists. * Technical interview with the client/project team. **ABOUT PATHBIT** We are a technology consulting firm that believes in people and innovation to transform businesses.
