We are looking for a **Mechanical Technician** to perform technical services on **agricultural machinery**, ensuring optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Perform maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics on agricultural machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures (on-site or in the workshop); * Request necessary parts to carry out maintenance tasks; * Conduct technical handover of agricultural machinery to customers; * Handle warranty processes by identifying root causes and consequences of issues; * Label and prepare parts for shipment to the factory under warranty procedures; * Demonstrate agricultural machinery and equipment when required; * Execute checklists for receiving new machinery and equipment; * Participate in recall campaigns as directed by the manufacturer (PMP); * Maintain workshop and tool organization, including proper disposal of waste (oils and filters); * Correctly use mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE); * Attend company-provided training and capacity-building programs. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical training in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields is preferred); * Knowledge of agricultural machinery maintenance; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Commitment to safety regulations. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with tractors, harvesters, and agricultural implements; * Technical diagnostic skills and ability to read manuals. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity for professional development; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Participation in technical training programs.
