Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor equipment and systems during the ethanol production process, ensuring process quality and efficiency. Perform necessary adjustments and interventions on equipment according to established procedures to maintain process compliance. Collect and record operational data, analyzing\-it and reporting any deviations or irregularities. Carry out preventive maintenance, cleaning, and organization of equipment and the workplace. Coordinate and guide the operator team, when required, to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and resolve issues. ? Required Knowledge Ability to operate and monitor industrial equipment; Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills; Strong communication and teamwork abilities; Attention to detail and commitment to quality and workplace safety. ? Preferred Qualifications Technical or higher education degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; Prior experience in the sugarcane-ethanol industry; Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO, GMP) and Occupational Safety. ?
