




**Responsibilities** * Answer questions about products, delivery times, stock availability, and commercial terms. * Record customer interactions and proposals in spreadsheets/CRM. * Maintain active relationships with regional clients. * Perform quantification, reading, and interpretation of Drywall and Steel Frame projects. * Prepare technical estimates based on drawings, measurements, and specifications provided by the client. * Validate information with external team and logistics/stock department. * Prepare commercial proposals for construction companies, architects, engineers, and installers. * Negotiate commercial terms within the company's pricing policy (Table 1 and Table 2\). * Follow up on submitted proposals. **Requirements** * Class B driver's license * Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or commercial departments. * Proficiency in calculations, measurement interpretation, project reading (or willingness to learn). * Good communication skills, organization, and professional demeanor. * Disciplined profile for routine tasks, record keeping, and follow-ups. * Knowledge of the civil construction sector, plaster, drywall, or steel frame will be advantageous, but are not mandatory. * Basic Office suite proficiency. **Working Hours and Model:** * On-site: 7:30 AM to 11:45 AM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM * Monday through Saturday **Compensation:** Competitive base salary \+ store collective commission. **Benefits:** Company-provided lunch.
