




Responsibilities: 1. General Service and Support Public Service (In-person and Remote) Home Care Service. Active and duly registered COREN. Administrative and healthcare demands Academic Qualification: Completed Technical Education. Experience: Minimum proven experience in the field. Technical Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and digital productivity tools. Ability to work with information registration and database systems. Behavioral Competencies: Clear Communication: Ability to interact courteously and assertively with customers, patients, and internal team members. Organization and Reliability: Ability to manage tasks efficiently. Ethics and Confidentiality: Conduct with full discretion and integrity when handling sensitive patient/customer data.
