Supervising third-party maintenance services **Join CPFL Group and Boost Your Career!** **Transmission Line Maintenance Technician I** Work Location: Passo Fundo/RS Work Model: On-site Company: CPFL Transmissão – A company of CPFL Energia Group **Prerequisites:** * Completed Technical Education in Electrotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering (mandatory); * Valid CFT (Technical Safety Certificate) (mandatory); * Driver's License Class C (mandatory); **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive maintenance activities scheduled in the transmission line maintenance plan, as directed by the maintenance engineering team, including right-of-way clearing and lateral vegetation removal that may jeopardize the operational safety of transmission lines. * Perform low-complexity corrective maintenance on transmission lines and substations, as well as execute switching operations in substations. * Perform medium- and high-complexity corrective maintenance on transmission lines and substations, under the guidance of a Level III Technician or responsible Engineer. * Conduct inspections on transmission lines and record any anomalies identified. * Supervise maintenance, construction, and improvement works on transmission lines and rights-of-way carried out by third-party companies; additionally, monitor, support, and supervise commissioning activities for new transmission lines and rights-of-way related to new projects, reinforcements, and improvements, under the guidance of a Level III Technician or responsible Engineer. * Prepare technical reports documenting failures and defects, under the guidance of a Level III Technician or responsible Engineer. * Perform maintenance on energized transmission lines and substations using live-line methods—contact, distance, or potential—under the guidance of a Level III Technician or responsible Engineer. **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Childcare Support (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Gympass; * "Fale Comigo" Program (free and confidential telephone-based advisory service offering psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **Learn About Us:** We operate in Brazil's electric power sector and have a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, the Group has been part of State Grid—the world’s largest electric power company—strengthening our growth strategy and leadership position in Brazil’s electric power sector.
