ONLY CANDIDATES FROM LONDRINA AND SURROUNDING AREAS WILL BE CONSIDERED Responsibilities and Duties \- Manage incidents, requests, and customer support; \- Assess the criticality of each ticket and strive to resolve them internally, ensuring customers are served within the company's defined service standards; \- Interact with customers; \- Support environment maintenance by providing incident resolution; \- Create work instruction documents for the department's knowledge base. Additional Information \- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with business areas and end users; \- Proactivity in seeking solutions and improvements; \- Teamwork orientation; \- Driver's license category B; \- Personal organization. Technical Requirements \- Knowledge of client- and server-side hardware and software; \- Understanding of logical networks and related devices.
