If you identify with these activities, join Grupo SH Brasil! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide STI infrastructure support across our Group, performing tasks such as printer and peripheral installation * Software configuration and troubleshooting * Computer and notebook installation/formatting * Technical hardware support, physical network maintenance, incident ticket handling, email configuration, router configuration, network cable crimping; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Networks or Computer Science; **Additional Information** Preference for candidates residing in Camaçari.
