Industrial Company **Position:** Warehouse Assistant **Number of Openings:** 1 **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Receive materials delivered by customers, verifying invoices against purchase orders and checking quantities, quality, and specifications. Organize material storage to preserve physical integrity and usability according to each material’s characteristics, and to facilitate location and handling. Maintain inventory control through appropriate recordkeeping, entering all goods receipts and issuances into the system to support replenishment and inventory preparation. Prepare monthly inventory to compare with recorded data. Separate materials for return and forward related documentation for required procedures. Request outgoing invoices for the tax department (symbolic return). Prepare monthly inventory to reconcile discrepancies with accounting records. Maintain order, tidiness, and cleanliness in the workplace, ensuring proper inventory organization. Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor. Understand, participate in, and contribute—within the scope of their responsibilities—to achieving goals and objectives established in the Quality, Safety, Environment, and Occupational Health (QSMS) Policy. **Desired Education and Experience:** Completed high school education.
