Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative shift leader to coordinate operations and ensure service efficiency and quality within the team. Key Highlights: 1. This position is essential to ensure service efficiency and quality, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate receiving, verification, warehousing, picking, shipping, and inventory activities. * Assign tasks to the team according to demand and priorities. * Monitor operational indicators (productivity, SLA, accuracy, OTIF). * Ensure adherence to loading and unloading deadlines. * Monitor and adjust operational flow based on volume and urgency. * Lead and guide the operational team during the shift. * Conduct DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue) and operational alignment meetings. * Manage team attendance, punctuality, and discipline. * Identify training and development needs. * Mediate conflicts and maintain an appropriate organizational climate. * Provide feedback and report performance to supervisor/manager. **Requirements:** * Experience in team management * Knowledge of operational processes * Leadership and conflict resolution skills * Communication and collaboration skills This is an on-site position requiring commitment and dedication to ensure team success.
