**Main responsibilities:** * Conduct clinical assessment and nursing care planning. * Perform technical and supportive nursing procedures of medium and high complexity. * Administer medications and supervise treatments. * Lead and coordinate a nursing team, organizing shifts and workflow. * Implement health promotion and prevention activities for patients and the community. * Provide guidance to patients and their families regarding care, diseases, and healthy habits. * Participate in multidisciplinary teams and in teaching and research activities. * Monitor quality indicators, managing supplies and equipment. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing. * Active registration with COREN (Regional Nursing Council). * Knowledge of management software and Office suite (desirable). * Previous experience in the field of practice (hospital, outpatient, etc.).
