The professional will be responsible for ensuring the organization operates in full compliance with applicable laws, external regulations, and internal policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitoring and Auditing: Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential non-compliance issues. Policy Management: Support the development, implementation, review, and updating of the Code of Conduct and other internal compliance policies and procedures. Regulatory Analysis: Research and interpret regulations applicable to the company’s sector of operation, ensuring internal processes align with legal requirements. Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence on customers (KYC – Know Your Customer), suppliers (KYS), and partners—particularly regarding anti-corruption and anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) matters. Training and Communication: Design and deliver compliance-related training and informational materials for employees across various departments, fostering a culture of compliance. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities, identified risks, and action plans for senior management and regulatory bodies, where applicable. Support for External Audits: Provide support and gather documentation for external audits and inspections. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree completed in Law, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or related fields. * Experience: Proven prior experience in Compliance, Internal Controls, or Auditing—preferably within the healthcare sector. * Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of anti-corruption legislation (Law No. 12,846/2013), internal control frameworks, risk management practices, and Resolution No. 518 (RN 518).
