




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring product standardization and quality, adhering to food safety best practices, managing daily operations, and supporting the kitchen and bar team. Support the kitchen and bar team. * Ensure preparation time, standardization, and product quality meet Cabana standards; * Follow all good practices established by Cabana to ensure food safety and the physical integrity of all store personnel; * Ensure store opening and/or closing complies with company standards; * Complete daily control records; * Assist the analyst in receiving goods; * Monitor refrigerator and food temperatures; * Check expiration dates of products in-store and apply labels as necessary; * Conduct daily inventory counts of products; * Possess thorough knowledge of our products, procedures, and preparations; * Perform pre-production of kitchen and bar items; * Rigorously control daily losses and proactively work to minimize them; * Clean the entire kitchen and bar area, including floors, walls, equipment, grease traps, cold rooms, and utensils; * Attend meetings, trainings, and events organized by Cabana; * Support the kitchen and bar team; * Prepare, assemble, and release snacks, fries, desserts, and beverages for delivery; * Report product quality issues to the F&B Coordinator; * Signal shortages of items in-store; * Report equipment malfunctions.
