




Job Summary: Responsible for multichannel service, access control, customer guidance, cash management, and sales of gym services. Key Highlights: 1. Multichannel service for visitors and customers 2. Cash handling and internal controls 3. Sales of gym services * Answer phone calls, provide in-person service, and respond to WhatsApp messages from visitors and customers; * Monitor the entry and exit of customers, suppliers, and staff at the facility; * Inform new customers and users about key policies and regulations of the facility. * Receive and manage payments through daily cash opening and closing procedures; * Complete internal control spreadsheets; * Sell gym services. Schedule: Mon/Wed\- 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM \- Tue/Thu/Fri\- 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM \- Sat\- Rotating shift Location: Icaraí \- Niterói.
