Responsibilities Manage and close sales initiated via website and social media contacts. Customer service via chat, phone, and WhatsApp. Conduct sales follow-up. Negotiate contracts, pricing, sales promotions, and other programs aligned with company strategy. Maintain in-depth knowledge of existing and new product offerings.
