Responsibilities Manage and close sales generated via website and social media contacts. Customer service via chat, phone, and WhatsApp. Sales follow-up. Negotiate contracts, pricing, sales promotions, and other programs aligned with company strategy. Maintain in-depth knowledge of existing and new product offerings. REQUIREMENTS Requirements and Qualifications Experience in the commercial field. Strong interpersonal skills. Results-oriented mindset. Experience with Google Docs. Experience with spreadsheets.
