Job Summary: The Pharmacist will be responsible for working in the laboratory, ensuring correct compounding of formulations, compliance with regulations, process safety, as well as customer service and technical guidance. Customer service, technical guidance, and prospecting new customers Pharmacist – Compounding Pharmacy; Location: Maricá – RJ; Employment Type: CLT \- Business Hours (Monday to Friday, business hours; Saturday until 12 PM); Compensation and Benefits: Base salary (minimum wage) \+ Bonus based on number of formulations sold; Meal voucher; Transportation voucher Job Description: The Pharmacist will be responsible for working in the laboratory, ensuring correct formulation compounding, compliance with technical and legal standards, and process safety. In addition to technical responsibility, they will also contribute to production quality, organization, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: acting as the Technical Responsible in accordance with current legislation; supervising and monitoring the formulation compounding process; ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices; verifying prescriptions, formulations, and batch releases; supporting and guiding the technical team to promote organization and productivity; contributing to achieving laboratory goals and performance indicators. Providing customer service and guidance regarding treatments and medications/supplements, delivering technical information about products to assist customers in making appropriate choices. Participating in training programs and continuously updating knowledge on the latest trends and advances in the field. Identifying business opportunities and prospecting new customers. Participating in pharmaceutical-related events and trade fairs. Requirements: Completed degree in Pharmacy; Active registration with CRF\-RJ; Experience in compounding pharmacies.
