




Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Fashion, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level); * Strong analytical skills and systemic thinking; * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and fashion products; * Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare and present managerial reports; * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. * Consolidate and analyze product quality data received from the customer service center and other feedback channels; * Map and monitor defect types and frequencies, segmented by sales channel and product type; * Prepare reports and dashboards (Excel and/or Power BI) that translate quality metrics into strategic insights; * Develop visual materials and presentations for quality committees to support corrective and preventive action planning; * Collaborate with relevant departments (design, production, logistics, and customer service) to identify root causes and propose solutions; * Support the development of continuous improvement plans based on product performance analysis. 2511300202181837112
