Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. \#CareerThatConnects \#PassionForCaring \#IAmRedeAméricas **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise housekeeping and linen service teams. * Ensure compliance with cleaning, maintenance, and organizational standards across hospital areas. * Guarantee proper processing and distribution of hospital linens. * Conduct internal audits of cleaning and hygiene routines. * Support pest control, waste disposal, and clean/sort material flow management. * Coordinate work schedules, vacations, and shift coverage. * Promote integration, training, and refresher programs for hospitality teams. * Evaluate performance and encourage best practices in service delivery and professional conduct. * Mediate conflicts and foster a collaborative and ethical work environment. * Ensure hospitality services contribute to patient comfort, well-being, and satisfaction. * Monitor complaints and suggestions, proposing improvements. * Collaborate with clinical, maintenance, hygiene, security, and other interfacing teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Hospital Hospitality, Business Administration, Nursing, Hospital Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of hospital cleaning and disinfection routines (protocols, products, and techniques); * Experience in hospital linen processing and management; * Familiarity with hospital infection control and biosafety standards; * Experience managing teams (scheduling, vacations, shift coverage); * Knowledge of healthcare waste (RSS) management and pest control. **Additional Information** Our care begins at home—delivering excellence to our people.
