




Our client in the logistics sector is expanding and looking for an HR professional to join the team! Ilhota/SC CLT POSITION | IN-PERSON **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** Managing the full recruitment process, from aligning the job profile with managers to onboarding the new employee; Drafting, reviewing, and publishing job descriptions on appropriate channels; Screening resumes and conducting in-person and/or online interviews; Administering behavioral tests and assessments when required; Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process; Supporting onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes; Assisting with time tracking, overtime hours, medical certificates, and leaves of absence; Performing payroll and benefits reconciliation, supporting the responsible department; Organizing and maintaining up-to-date employee files, documents, and records; Supporting managers and employees with general HR requests, promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with labor legislation. **What you need to have or know:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields; Previous HR experience in a generalist role (with stronger focus on payroll); Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. **Benefits:** Monthly allowance of R$ 1.200,00. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00
