**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Parceiro Spot is seeking a Logistics Analyst with proven experience in e-commerce operations to plan, execute, and monitor logistics routines, ensuring delivery efficiency and an optimal customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and track e-commerce orders from receipt through to delivery. • Analyze and monitor logistics KPIs (SLA, OTIF, returns, reverse logistics, carrier performance). • Serve as the liaison with carriers, marketplaces, and logistics partners. • Maintain and update internal spreadsheets and systems. • Monitor inventory levels, stock counts, and movements. • Support the development of strategies to optimize logistics costs. • Manage delivery incidents and reverse logistics processes. • Assist in continuous improvement of logistics processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; • Prior experience in logistics with direct involvement in e-commerce operations. • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Tray, Mercado Livre, Amazon, etc.). • Proficiency in Excel and logistics management tools (Excel proficiency tests may be administered). • Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical capacity. • Experience managing inventory and coordinating with carriers. • Preferred: Familiarity with logistics metrics and dashboards (e.g., Power BI). **WORK SCHEDULE:** 8 hours per day **BENEFITS:** * Register your resume at buscarvagas.com.br and stay updated on top opportunities.
