The ideal candidate must have experience in team management, sales, and customer service. Responsibilities: \- Manage the sales and customer service team; \- Ensure customer satisfaction; \- Monitor and achieve sales targets; \- Handle inventory and order management; \- Assist in developing sales strategies.
