Ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction **Description:** ---------------- **Job Description** The Civil Works Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supervising all activities related to civil maintenance execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, best practices, quality standards, cost reduction, and safety regulations. They will act as the liaison between the operational team, maintenance management, and company leadership, ensuring project objectives are achieved efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * Organize, guide, and supervise on-site construction activities and employee development. * Monitor work progress, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budget. * Supervise field teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance. * Ensure compliance with technical standards and occupational safety regulations (NRs). * Control the use of materials, equipment, and supplies to prevent waste. * Report work progress to site management and propose solutions for potential issues or delays. * Guarantee service quality and customer satisfaction. **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and ability to motivate teams. * Organization, planning, and discipline. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Resilience and problem-solving ability. * Proactivity and commitment to results. **Job Information** Working hours: Business hours Job type: PJ (Individual Contractor) Location: Preference for candidates residing near São Gonçalo, Niterói, and Itaboraí. **Requirements:** ----------------- **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical high school education in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or maintenance team leader. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural, hydraulic, and sanitary project drawings (electrical project knowledge is considered a plus). * Experience with construction schedules, measurements, and reporting. * Familiarity with occupational safety regulations (NRs). * Ability to handle conflicts and make quick decisions. * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; MS Project or construction management software knowledge is desirable.
