We seek committed, collaborative professionals who are passionate about transforming lives through eye health. **Responsibilities and Duties** Maintain a safe environment free from accidents; Clean consultation rooms; Clean and disinfect areas relevant to the surgical block; Clean reception areas and floor restrooms, administrative areas, and external and internal areas of HON using concurrent and terminal cleaning periodically; Stock sectors requiring paper towels and liquid soap; Perform routine disposal of common and healthcare-related solid waste; Manage laundry control: delivery and collection of clothing. Stock restrooms with paper towels and liquid soap; Perform disinfection of the operating room and additional CC areas (changing rooms, restrooms, pre-operative area, decontamination area, central supply, physician lounge, and day clinic); Keep sectors orderly; Restock changing rooms (for physicians, nursing staff, and patients); Monitor the proper disposal destination of sharps; Replace the container (DESCARPACK) when discarded materials occupy ¾ of the box volume; Perform terminal cleaning of environments at the end of each day; Perform laundry control; Follow the specific task schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Elementary school; high school preferred. **Experience:** Experience in cleaning and hygiene routines. **Other Knowledge/Courses:** Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection routines in hospital areas, and of solid waste management routines in healthcare.
