We seek committed, collaborative professionals who are passionate about transforming lives through ocular health. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Welcoming patients; * Handling telephone inquiries; * Scheduling surgeries (for patients and physicians); * Guiding patients on preoperative procedures; * Advising patients on financial matters; * Completing health insurance authorization forms; * Contacting health insurance providers to request surgery authorization and coverage for materials and medications; * Requesting necessary surgical materials from the surgical center; * Confirming the surgical schedule; * Sending the Surgical Report by e\-mail upon patient request; * Assisting physicians and addressing their questions; * Receiving patients after payment clearance at reception; * Performing daily cash reconciliation; * Issuing invoices for patients, health insurance providers, and clinics; * Performing monthly CAPs reconciliation related to anesthesia billing; * Supporting other sub\-departments (Surgical Schedule, Receptions, Central and Ticketing), as needed; * Maintaining cash flow to ensure sufficient change availability. **Requirements and Qualifications** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, typing skills, and report writing.
