We seek dedicated, collaborative, and passionate professionals committed to transforming lives through ocular health. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Attend to patients; * Handle telephone inquiries; * Schedule surgeries (for patients and physicians); * Guide patients regarding preoperative procedures; * Advise patients on financial matters; * Complete health insurance authorization forms; * Contact health insurance providers to request surgery authorization and coverage for materials and medications; * Request necessary surgical materials from the surgical center; * Confirm the surgical schedule; * Email the Surgical Report upon patient request; * Assist physicians and clarify their questions; * Receive patients after payment clearance at reception; * Enter CAPs into the system upon patient release; * Process payments to anesthesiologists; * Perform daily cash closing; * Issue invoices for patients, health insurance providers, and clinics; * Prepare monthly reports on anesthesia and intraocular lenses; * Perform monthly closing of CAPs related to anesthesia billing; * Assist other sub-departments (Surgical Schedule, Receptions, and Central Registration/Queue System) as needed; * Maintain adequate cash flow to ensure sufficient change availability; * Send Surgical Reports to clinics. **Requirements and Qualifications** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, typing skills, and report writing.
