We are seeking an **Implementation Analyst**, who will be responsible for applying our management methodology in practice, guiding clients through structuring their routines and using the GASS platform to achieve initial operational results. **Responsibilities:** Guide the use of the GASS platform (modules: finance, routines, results, and action plan) Monitor KPIs and suggest corrective actions Support the client in organizing their team and management routines Apply the GASS Method in a structured, practical, and customized manner Ensure daily progress in applying the Method and correct usage of the platform Encourage participation in GASS’s continuous education pathways Act as the client’s primary point of contact during the implementation phase **Requirements:** Results-oriented profile with ability to lead operational and behavioral change Experience in business management, consulting, or process implementation Organization, analytical ability, quick learning aptitude, and consultative communication skills Proficiency with digital platforms and monitoring routines **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in management Proficiency in the GASS platform and certification in the GASS Method (we provide internal training and certification during onboarding) Familiarity with CRM and monitoring tools **What We Offer:** Full access to the GASS Method and Platform Opportunity to participate in projects with direct impact and tangible results Training, certification, and ongoing support from the GASS team Autonomy grounded in structured processes Opportunity for growth within the GASS network of experts
