* Transport employees, materials/equipment, medications, or documents for internal or external requests, whenever instructed via email or telephone call, following priority criteria as indicated by the Director’s Secretary; * Inspect and perform vehicle maintenance according to instructions and schedules outlined in vehicle manuals, or whenever necessary at authorized service centers or mechanical workshops; * Operate vehicles in strict compliance with traffic laws and defensive driving practices, adhering to safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; * Maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels, and check water level, oil level, and tire pressure upon returning from trips outside the city; * Record lunch break times on the timecard whenever assigned to external tasks; * Log mileage driven for the department in a dedicated spreadsheet whenever fulfilling area-related requests; * Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of vehicle accessories, including GPS, vehicle radio, and mobile phone chargers; * Obtain official receipts or invoices for external travel expenses, complying with Rede Santa Catarina’s travel policy limits, and submit expense reports to the Director’s Secretary upon returning from trips.
