Pursuit of work-life balance **Job Description** We are looking for a Collections Operator to work 5 hours per day. We seek a proactive, communicative, and organized professional—even without prior experience—but willing to embrace new challenges and evolve alongside the company. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for performing active and reactive collections from delinquent customers, monitoring receipts, supporting administrative tasks, and organizing spreadsheets. All interactions must be recorded in the system.
