Our External Commercial Team is responsible for connecting Escola Master with the São Gonçalo ecosystem, strengthening our brand and generating social impact through solid partnerships. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Commercial Representative** to serve as the true ambassador of Escola Master. This role is vital to our expansion strategy, tasked with bringing our courses, services, and social programs beyond the school’s walls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, visiting companies and public agencies, and nurturing strategic relationships—directly contributing to the growth of our partner network and enrollment of new students. ️ **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM **Responsibilities** * Represent Escola Master in external visits, fairs, events, and institutional presentations. * Identify, build, and nurture strategic partnerships with companies, local schools, and public agencies. * Actively promote our courses, social programs, and employability initiatives (B2B and B2C). * Identify opportunities for expanding agreements and developing community-based actions. * Support the execution of institutional and commercial campaigns focused on promoting our services. * Monitor visit, prospecting, and performance metrics, ensuring the school’s communication remains ethical and positive. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with assertive and empathetic abilities. * Proactive, organized profile with strong negotiation and influence skills. * Full availability for external work and visits within the São Gonçalo–RJ region. * **Preferred:** Prior experience in institutional representation, field sales, partnership acquisition, or social projects. * **Preferred:** Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **What We Offer:** * **Compensation:** Salary up to R$2,500.00 + results-based commission/bonus. * **Transportation Benefit** (or Fuel Allowance, as agreed). * **SESC:** Access to benefits and services offered by the SESC network. * **Educational Support:** Discounts at partner universities to support your professional development. * **Birthday Day Off:** A day off on your birthday—or during your birth month—because we celebrate you! * **Wellhub (formerly Gympass):** Prioritizing your health and well-being. * **Conexa:** Telemedicine health program, facilitating access to medical care. * A dynamic, welcoming workplace focused on social impact. ### **Selection Process Stages** To ensure the selected professional aligns with Escola Master’s culture and objectives, our selection process follows these stages: * **Resume Screening:** Initial review of profiles and requirements. * **HR Interview:** Assessment of cultural fit, communication skills, and motivation. * **Executive Leadership Interview:** Final evaluation of competencies and strategic alignment with the school’s mission. * **Training on Culture and Negotiation:** Immersion into Escola Master’s values and telephone sales/approach techniques. * **Hiring:** Formalization and welcome to the new team member!
