Works collaboratively, with attention to processes, safety, and Casas Pedro’s core values. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store goods in an organized and safe manner; * Manage product inflow and outflow in the system; * Support restocking of merchandise on the sales floor as needed; * Participate in periodic inventories, contributing to inventory accuracy; * Maintain cleanliness, preservation, and organization of the warehouse and support areas; * Ensure proper handling of products, complying with safety and quality standards; * Support the store team in operational tasks, contributing to smooth store operations; * Act with responsibility, attention to detail, and team spirit, among other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior warehouse experience, preferably in retail; * Organization, attention to detail, agility, and commitment; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability to work weekends and holidays, according to the store’s schedule. **Compensation + Benefits:** * Fixed salary + Monthly bonus (based on goal achievement); * Transportation Allowance (VT); * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; * Medical assistance; * Dental plan; * Semi-annual profit-sharing (PLR); * Career development plan; * Welhurb; Every interaction is a new opportunity to delight and make a difference. **Join us!** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
