Must know how to make bread from scratch and have proven experience A high-end bakery and confectionery located in Icaraí – Niterói is hiring: **Job Description / Responsibilities:** ▪ Assist in high-volume bread and dough production ▪ Prepare, weigh, and organize ingredients ▪ Support all stages of the baking process ▪ Maintain a clean and organized work environment ▪ Follow safety regulations and good manufacturing practices **Desired Education and Experience:** Proven experience in baking Agility and stamina for intensive production routines Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork skills Attention to hygiene and quality standards **Work Modality:** On-site **Neighborhood:** Icaraí / Niterói **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:20, and Saturday, 09:00–17:20 (including a 1-hour lunch break) **Additional Information:** It is essential to know how to make bread from scratch (mixing, kneading, fermentation, shaping, and baking), considering continuous production for large-scale resale. 08:00–16:20 (training) \| 09:00–17:20 (after training) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.685,00 \- R$1\.790,44 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you reside in Niterói? * Do you have experience producing dough from scratch?
