




**Description:** ---------------- **Job Description** The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the company’s administrative routines, ensuring the organization of internal processes, providing support to operational areas, and addressing departmental demands. The role involves document control, information management support, internal and external customer service, contributing to workflow efficiency and the smooth operation of the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform general administrative tasks, including preparation and organization of documents, files, and spreadsheets. * Assist in managing contracts, invoices, protocols, and registrations. * Support timekeeping, payroll, and benefits administration upon request from HR/Personnel Department. * Enter data into systems and prepare monitoring reports. * Support the finance team in basic accounts payable and receivable routines. * Serve employees, suppliers, and customers in person, by phone, and via email. * Assist managers with various administrative tasks as needed. * Help maintain office organization and compliance with internal policies.
