




Professional responsible for developing and implementing process and workflow automations, as well as structuring, processing, and analyzing strategic data to support company management. Works in an integrated manner across departments, ensuring operational efficiency, information reliability, and decision-making support through BI reports and dashboards. **Responsibilities:** Map, develop, and implement automation solutions for internal processes; Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing automation systems; Structure and organize data from different sources (Excel, SQL, APIs, internal systems); Develop and update dashboards and reports in Power BI (or similar tool); Support the definition and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs); Collaborate with the Process team and business areas to ensure data integration and automation efficiency; Document workflows, integrations, and data models; Research and implement new automation and data analysis technologies. **Requirements:** Completed degree in IT, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; Knowledge of programming languages and data manipulation (SQL, Python, VBA, DAX); Experience with automation tools: Power Automate (primary), N8N, Make, Zapier; Experience with BI tools: Power BI (preferred), Google Data Studio, or Tableau; Knowledge of API integration and data modeling; Ability to read, interpret, and model processes.
