Come build a better future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Administer the LMS platform in partnership with the technical team, including course registration and organization, content publication and updates, monitoring of user access and metrics, report generation, and basic user support; monitor and analyze platform data to ensure learning paths remain up-to-date and the system functions properly, escalating issues to the technical team when necessary; support Training and Development (T&D) initiatives by assisting in planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation of training activities; support learning events and initiatives; contribute to the continuous improvement of T&D processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Pedagogy, Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources; experience in HR routines, with emphasis on Training and Development, Performance Management, and Corporate Education; experience in employee training and development projects, with ability to plan, execute, and monitor learning initiatives; ability to organize schedules, track deliverables, and collaborate effectively with partner departments—especially IT and Communications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level); residence in Teresópolis; 100% on-site work. **Feso values diversity and promotes inclusion of People with Disabilities (PwD).
